Key changes are coming to Medicare’s premiums, out-of-pocket costs, plan options, and drug coverage.

Starting October 15, 2025, take action early to compare your plans and lock in better coverage for 2026.

Open Enrollment kicks off on October 15! Here’s a tip: Get a head start by creating your secure Medicare account at Medicare.gov/account. Another tip: Have your Medicare card handy to create your account.

With your secure Medicare account, you’ll be able to easily compare plans during Open Enrollment:

  • Check if there are any changes to your current coverage for 2026.
  • Update your prescriptions and pharmacies to better compare drug plans.
  • See if your providers are in-network for other plans you’re considering.

Pamela is married, lives in Chantilly, VA and has three children. She devotes her free time to her family, her church, enjoys reading and loves to sing.
