Sonja M. Haggert is an independent investor who credits her ability to retire early (at 51) with learning about investing from her father-in-law. She is passionate that everyone, especially women, acquire a basic knowledge of the topic.
Sonja graduated from Villanova University with a BS in Business Administration. She had a varied career starting in retailing and culminating in becoming Vice-President and General Manager of The Keystone Filter Division of Met-Pro Corporation, a local manufacturing company that has since come under new ownership.
